Lab gases
Pipework routes from (future) manifolds in external service room and to each tenancy are provided. The completion of these systems will be the Tenants responsibility. 2no. Degreased copper pipework runs for each tenancy are provided from the lab gas bottle stores to the edge of each demise. Manifolds to be the tenants responsibility.
